to the comment below, just call it chillstep and its all good xD, but yea i was expecting it to come to that build up and hit something heavier, you could probably take about any chunck of this and use it as a good intro for a new song

i liek this version but i think the old one is better, just more techno like, this one still sounds good though, but the wubs dont seem to exactly fit it, idk... anyways keep up the good work, i have been commenting on a lot of ur old stuff :p

Yeah, thank Tom for bringing back the new review stats, i can finally keep tabs on when somebody says something so hopefully it won't take forever for me to notice anymore.

I thought the other one was fine too but as you can see, i do read stuff and consider what people tell me.

Wheter i agree with them or even go so far as to indulge in changes or new uploads for their pleasure is a different matter though sometimes i do :3

i do like this, sounds more like techno to me, but i think its cause its missing that heavy drop or bassline with the wubs or what not , i cant explain in detail either and im sure you found out by now, but ilike both version of the song

That's cus the term drop is thrown around a lot and people seem to mean different things by it.

For some it's a break (in the beat) after a build up towards a main bass thing afterwards, to others it implies the bass being lowered in frequency or notes and to yet others it's all about bass but no specifics are giving other then it ought to be louder/more obnoxious then in the previous segment.

I think a lot of my efforts will come of as techno-ish since i'm more at home with that then what's popular in dubstep at the moment.

i liked it but seemed a little repetitive to me so 4.5/5

pretty funky but at about 2:02 i don't like those wubs or drops or whatever, that prevented me from downloading this piece, just my opinion though

was this under a different name at one point, i have it downloaded and it says its called waste of oxygen, anyways good song, i downloaded a while ago, u should try making more dubstep again or something. Anyways i know this is old but its still good keep up the good work

Dunno if i'll do as much dubstep any time soon, since it's popular as fuck people are hypercritical.

Being more of a sounddesigner then a composer i find that the bar is set at pie in the sky height and i'm just not that good, mind you i've only been doing this for about three years now.

Allso i'm quite a bit older then the target audience, a lot of the stuff i get referenced that's supposedly the bomb reminds me of the tweenwave episode of southpark, as in, it sounds like shit to me.
